Mr. R.S. Yadav is a Graduate Civil Engineer and has experienced of 40 years in the field of Construction of Highways and Railways. He has worked in Ircon International Limited in different projects & Corporate Office as Project Head and finally retired from IRCON as Executive Director. He has executed various road/highway projects funded by ADB/ World Bank / NHAI in the State of Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Karnataka. He has also worked in two foreign road projects in Nepal and Bangladesh. He has extensively experienced in the field of NHAI Project execution and management of road projects.

Mr. Yadav has also handled Arbitration and Court Cases of various projects and also coordinated highway projects from Corporate Office for the projects executed by IRCON in the state of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Karnataka on BOT & HAM basis. He is also remained Director on the Board of various Subsidiaries of IRCON. He has done various training programme of IIM Ahmedabad, Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad and Railway Staff College, Baroda.
