While working with India’s leading private sector Bank, ICICI Bank, she has led in Banking & Finance related transactions including Debt Transactions (secured and syndicated), External Commercial Borrowings, Project Finance, Structured Finance, Real Estate Finance, Security creation, and all types of commercial and corporate contracts. She has advised on areas relating to corporate & regulatory compliances under various applicable corporate laws.
Shivani is highly experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide range of documentation including share subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder’s agreements, business transfer agreements, employment agreements, ISDA Agreement and other commercial contracts.

Shivani has experience in commercial arbitrations and construction and engineering arbitrations.

In addition, Shivani has extensive experience advising, strategizing and undertaking a variety of civil, commercial and corporate litigations and arbitrations. Her clientele includes One 97 Group, Tata Motors, Bharti Airtel, Chambal Fertilizers, SRF Ltd, etc.
