Position Name : Chief Engineer / Claims & Arbitration = 1(one)
Qualification Required : Degree in Civil Engineering from reputed Institution having experience of 8 to 10 years out of which Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling arbitration matter. Experience in drafting counter reply /petitions for filing before Arbitration Tribunal & Courts, contesting cases, liaisoning work with Agencies /Advocates on miscellaneous legal as well as arbitration cases. Preference knowledge of Planning Tools like Primavera, MS-Project etc.
Position Name : Deputy Chief Engineer / Contracts & Planning = 1(one)
Qualification Required : Degree in Civil Engineering from reputed Institution and having approx. 5 to 7 years’ experience in planning & execution and contract management of Highway / Railway / Bridge Projects etc. He may have experience in preparation of cost estimates & detailed Project Report, review of drawings, preparation of tender documents, quantity surveying etc.
Position Name : Principal Consultant = 1(one)
Qualification Required : Retired Civil Engineer having Degree in Civil Engineering from reputed Institution and working experience in handling arbitration matter. Experience in drafting counter reply / petitions for filing before Arbitration Tribunal & Courts, contesting cases, liaisoning work with Agencies / Advocates on miscellaneous legal as well as arbitration cases.
