Delay Analysis:
We provide schedule Delay Analysis based on Baseline construction schedule (PERT & CPM), and analysing after preparation of issues & events occurred in project duration and identifying delays & disruption during the project construction. This helps in identifying the liability of client / construction company or third party and other excusable delays defined in contract and assist in preparing claims in a timely & cost-effective manner.
